We've interviewed thousands of candidates, and we've hired hundreds of A+ colleagues. We started Staffparty to improve recruiting experiences for recruiters, hiring managers, team members, and (most importantly) for candidates.

But our ambitions reach beyond recruiting.

With the rise of [Functional] "Ops" roles (Recruiting ops, Sales Ops, Product ops, etc), there's a new gap emerging in team collaborative software. Swim lanes between functions are blurring. And the juiciest new software opportunities are tucked inside these newly-forming "Ops" boundaries. As a result of using to-be-built cross-functional software, work can become more productive, more empowering, more collaborative, more transparent, and certainly more playful.
